At Wine Not Upcycle, we’re a black-owned, woman-owned business in Los Angeles, California, on a mission to redefine sustainability—one bottle at a time. Every year, millions of glass bottles end up in landfills. We say, why waste when you can upcycle? We collect discarded wine bottles, corks, and other recyclable products from various locations such as restaurants, wineries, bars, local communities, and friendly neighbors, then clean, reshape, and repurpose them into stunning and stylish home essentials. 

How did this start? Well, of course it started after enjoying a glass of wine!

Like many wine lovers, I enjoyed unwinding with a great glass of wine. It all started with a simple thought -- this bottle is too pretty to throw away! Tossing them in the recycling bin felt wasteful, especially if they held sentimental value. What started as a small DIY project quickly became an obsession. That's when I realized -- this wasn't just a hobby -- It was a way to combine my love for wine, sustainability, and creativity into something bigger.
