At Wine Not Upcycle, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted from reclaimed glass and made with care. Because many of our products are made to order or customized, shipping timelines may vary slightly. We appreciate your patience and support of small-batch, sustainable craftsmanship.


Order Processing Time

  • Standard orders: Processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • Custom or personalized orders: Processing times vary and will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase or via email

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you directly via email.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and type of delivery service.

  • FREE Canada shipping on orders $150+
  • FREE International shipping on orders $250+

International Shipping

Wine Not Upcycle is happy to offer international shipping to select countries.

Please note:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections or country-specific regulations

Wine Not Upcycle is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.


Custom Orders

Custom orders include (but are not limited to):

  • Personalized or branded bottles

  • Special bottle designs

  • Custom scents, labels, or finishes

Please note:

  • Custom orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun

  • Production timelines for custom orders will be communicated before or shortly after purchase

  • Shipping timelines for custom orders begin after the item is completed, not at the time of purchase

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Wine Not Upcycle is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and assist with next steps requiring to file a claim with your postal service.


Glass Safety & Secure Packaging

At Wine Not Upcycle, we take extra care to ensure your glass items arrive safely and intact. Because our products are crafted from reclaimed glass, proper packaging is a top priority.

To protect your order during transit, we:

  • Use protective cushioning materials designed specifically for glass items

  • Secure each piece to prevent movement inside the box

  • Carefully package candles and glassware to minimize impact and vibration

  • Select shipping boxes appropriate for the size, weight, and fragility of each item

Every order is packed with care and inspected before shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Wine Not Upcycle is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages returned due to address errors

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
