Politique d’expédition

ORDER PROCESSING:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

LOCAL PICK UP/DELIVERY:

We do not have a physical store. However, local pick up or delivery is available for addresses within 5 miles of our location. When your order is ready, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

    SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING 

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

    CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES 

    For international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and other customs fees once it reaches your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

    Please contact your local customs agency for further details regarding any potential charges. Wine Not Upcycle LLC is not responsible for any delays or additional fees imposed by customs authorities.

    DAMAGES OR LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

    Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, Wine Not Upcycle LLC is not liable for any damages, loss, or theft that may occur during transit. In the event that your package is damaged or reported missing, please file a claim directly with the respective shipping carrier. We strongly recommend considering the purchase of shipping insurance for additional protection.

    If you received your order damaged or it is lost/stolen, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If applicable, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
